The Maps feature is the core workspace of DotlyMaps, providing an interactive geographic view of your CRM data. After signing in, users are presented with a minimized map view in the Overview section, offering a quick snapshot of customers, leads, territories, and other mapped records.

For a more detailed analysis, users can maximize the map to access the complete mapping experience with all visualization, filtering, and planning tools. The full map can also be accessed anytime through the Map Explorer tab located on the left-hand navigation panel.
