Overview
CRM Mapping is the foundation of DotlyMaps. It transforms your CRM records into an interactive map, allowing you to visualize customers, leads, opportunities, service locations, and other business data geographically.
Instead of viewing records in a traditional list, DotlyMaps helps you understand where your business is happening, identify geographic trends, optimize field operations, and make smarter location-based decisions.
Whether you’re managing a sales territory, planning delivery routes, assigning technicians, or analyzing customer distribution, CRM Mapping gives your team an entirely new perspective on your CRM data.
How CRM Mapping Works
DotlyMaps connects securely to your CRM and retrieves records that contain location information.
Each record is converted into a map marker using one of the following:
Once mapped, users can interact with these records directly from the map.
