SaaS terms governing use of the DotlyMaps platform.
By accessing or using DotlyMaps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
Do not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.
Do not upload malware or abusive content.
Do not use AI features for unlawful surveillance or discrimination.
DotlyMaps retains ownership of the platform, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of your customer content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page or executed order form. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in your agreement. We may change pricing with notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and status updates are communicated via our status page.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTLYMAPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate per the agreement. Upon termination, your access ceases and data is handled per the Data Retention Policy and your contract.
