The Quick Start guide walks you through the essential steps to set up DotlyMaps and begin exploring your business with interactive maps, AI-powered analytics, and executive dashboards.

Whether you’re evaluating DotlyMaps for the first time or deploying it across your organization, you can complete the initial setup in just a few minutes.

By the end of this guide, you’ll have:

  • A configured organization workspace

  • Connected business applications

  • Synchronized business data

  • An interactive Map Explorer

  • AI-generated Executive View dashboards

  • Your first AI-powered business insights

Before You Begin

  • A DotlyMaps account
  • Administrator or Owner permissions
  • Access to the CRM, ERP, or business applications you want to connect
  • Internet access
  • A supported web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari
  • For the best experience, ensure your business data includes accurate addresses or geographic coordinates.

Step 1 - Sign In

Sign in to your DotlyMaps account using your organization credentials.

After signing in, you’ll be taken to your organization workspace, where you can begin configuring your environment.

If you’re a new user, follow the onboarding wizard to create your organization and complete the initial setup.

Step 2 - Configure Your Organization

OpenSettings → Organizationand review your workspace configuration.

Recommended settings include:

These settings are used throughout the platform for reporting, dashboards, and user management.

Step 3 - Connect Your Business Systems
