Responsible AI

Transparent AI features for map intelligence and field teams.

Responsible AI principles

AI features in DotlyMaps are designed to augment human decision-making, not replace accountability. We prioritize transparency, privacy, and security in every AI capability we ship.

Customer data protection

Customer data is not used to train public or shared foundation models unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it and agree to applicable terms. By default, AI processes data only to deliver the functionality you request.

AI transparency

We document which features use AI assistance and provide guidance on interpreting outputs. AI-generated content should be reviewed before business-critical decisions.

Human oversight

Teams remain responsible for validating AI-assisted insights against source data, maps, and CRM records before taking action in the field or with customers.

AI limitations

AI models may produce incomplete or incorrect outputs. DotlyMaps does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations. Use human judgment for compliance, legal, and safety decisions.

Privacy by design

AI features respect data minimization principles and existing privacy commitments. Data used for AI features is handled per our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Ethical AI usage

We prohibit use of DotlyMaps AI features for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or harassment. Customers must comply with our Terms of Service and acceptable use requirements.
